Preparation

Step 1:


Preheat the oven to 350Ā°F.

Pat the snapper fillets dry with a paper towel, then coat them lightly in seasoned flour. Shake off any excess and place them in a baking dish.

In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook for about 15 minutesĀ until softened.
